How do I insert sound into a PowerPoint presentation?

While using Office PowerPoint 2007 it may come down where the presenter would like to add audio to emphasize the point or subject. To do this complete the following:

1. Open the PowerPoint presentation that the sound is going to the added too.
2. On the Ribbon, click Insert.
3. On the Insert Ribbon at the right side, click the Sound icon.
4. Browse to the sound file and click Insert.

When the dialog box appears, select which option to use, "Automatically" will play the sound without the user doing anything to the sound, or "When clicked" will not play unless the user click the sound icon inside the presentation.
