Currently, do to security, insurance, and reliability issues, we offer mail-in service of computers and electronic devices, but we can not guarantee there safety, and will not replace the computer or device if lost or stolen in shipment. We recommend if you would like us to repair your computer through the mail, to insure your computer for shipment both ways.
