Yes, Geekabytes® offer in-home, called on-site support. Our technicians are always out and about working on computers, networks, and websites on-site whether in your office or home, we can handle it. Geekabytes® has a free mileage radius of 12 miles from our office. If you are outside of our 12 mile radius, we simply charge a service charge of $10.00 to cover fuelage expenses.

We repair your computer in your home at $35.00/hr. If you would like us to pick-up your computer, fix it, and deliver it back, its a $35.00 for both pickup and delivery, in addition to the hourly wage to repair.

Minimum computer repair charge is one-hour of service at $35.00.
