Password Do's and Don'ts

Do:
- Change your password frequently.
- Use different passwords for all accounts.
- Use numbers and symbols in your password.
- Use a totally random phrase or a combination of words that one could not guess.
Don't:
- Write your password on a sticky note and attach it to the monitor, mousepad or keyboard.
- Give your password out to your friends, family, or co-workers.
- Use the same password over and over again.
- Use your first and last name as the password.
- Use the word "password" as the password.
- Use any combination of your username, family name, husband's, pet's, address, or SSN as the password.
