Passwords can be the weakest link of any computer. If the password is not secure. Password should be at least 7 characters long and contain, a combination of lower case, upper case, numbers,  and symbols. And not contain your username, name, pet's name or relations name. The password should be someting that a person that might know you could not guess.

Remember to change your password at least every 120 days, and change it to something totally different than the previous password. Finally, never use the same passwords for all of your accounts. Use a different password for your banking, credit cards, etc. login than your email or Windows login password.
